SEASON SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The following terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as "Season Sale T&C," are applicable to all purchases made from the SALE section during the Season Sale period on the Cott-Fab Creations Website (www.cottfab.com), conducted by Cott-Fab Creations.

The SS T&C apply to the offers on the Website during the Season Sale Period. They should be read together with the Terms & Conditions (referred to as "T&C") on the Cott-Fab Creations website. If a term is not defined in the SS T&C, it has the meaning given in the T&C on the Cott-Fab Creations Website. In case of any conflict between the two, the SS T&C take precedence for fresh purchases from the SALE section during the SS Period, as specified herein.

QUERIES	APPLICABLE CONDITION	ACTION
RETURNS	Any item purchased in the SALE section is deemed as non-returnable.	🗶
EXCHANGE	Products bought during the Season Sale are eligible for exchange only in the case of size issues. If the desired size is unavailable, an in-store credit will be issued.	✔
REFUND	Any product purchased from the Cott-Fab Creations website during the Season Sale is non-refundable.	🗶

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The offer(s) are valid for the selected products showcased on the website under the 'SALE' tab throughout the SS period.
2. Cott-Fab Creations reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, modify, or withdraw the offers at any time without prior notice.
3. Any purchases or attempts to purchase by a customer (referred to as "you/your&") during the SS Period shall be considered the customer's consent to the SS T&C.
4. Cott-Fab Creations reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel Your order, even after acceptance/confirmation, due to technical errors, stock unavailability, or other reasons. In case of pre-paid orders being cancelled, the amount so paid shall be credited back to the source account.
5. One offer can be used per transaction, and customers can apply discount coupon(s) solely to product(s) from the Fresh section on the Cott-Fab Creations website, excluding products in the SALE section.
6. The SS T&C apply exclusively to purchases made during the SS Period from the SALE section on the Cott-Fab Creations website. Additionally, any purchases made before and/or after the SS Period will be subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of placing the order.
7. Cott-Fab Creations reserves the right to disqualify or blacklist any participant(s) or customer(s) who attempts to tamper with, misuse, or breaches the SS T&C or the other T&C specified on the Cott-Fab Creations Website in any manner.
